If you're going to rate this product on durability and playability, it stinks. But if like me you are looking for a posable action figure, accurately depicting the lovable Coraline, then you found a great buy. Simply put, it's a beautiful figure and though the body is a bit on the fragile side, I'm not expecting to play with it so for me, it's a perfect buy. if however you're looking for something to give your little tike, steer away form this or lose your money at your own risk (and you will lose it). As for facial expressions, clothing and colors, exceptional seems like the right word.

I would have to agree with the other reviewers. I bought 3 of the 4 dolls (pajama, striped shirt, and yellow rain coat) I have to say these look amazing. Loved the movie, . . loved it. I have a true die hard appreciation of the art of putting together a movie like Coraline. These dolls are deffinitely not for playing with. The hands came off of one of my dolls when me and my 7 year old were playing house with them. I had to super glue them back on. Also if the doll hits a hard surface on her face the paint WILL come off the nose. With all that said I'm still not sorry I bought them. They are so cute on my desk. I love the size scale and the quirky expressions on their faces. I wish that the stands were more stable and that the hair was not plastic but more wig like but then this doll would probably cost a heck of a lot more if that were the case. I know that they probably won't but it would be nice if they could come out with more dolls this scale from the movie, . .like the mother, father, other mother, . . oh and I'd love a cat.

i just got mine today right along w/ the other 2 and they're FANTASTIC!! PJ's PJs are made of actual flannel, let alone the socks being awesomely detailed w/ actual fabric!! she has feet and they're detailed as well. she also comes w/ a stand which holds her up fairly well. i highly recommend this!! the face is more of a super happy hyper face instead of a embarrased/chill face.
